All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding upon arrival and properly sexed unless otherwise noted.
A breeder certificate with picture identification will be provided for all 100% heterozygous animals.
All animals are shipped air cargo collect to your nearest commercial airport, unless otherwise stated. Live arrival is guaranteed, provided that animals are picked up within four hours of arrival at their destination. Lost or damaged parcels must be reported immediately to the carrier, and any DOA specimens require photographic evidence. You must verify your shipment upon receipt and notify us of any problems with your purchase within twenty four hours. We want your experience with us to be positive and will strive to ensure your satisfaction.
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept cash, money order, certified or personal cheques, email money transfer, paypal - credit cards through paypal or direct bank deposits. Funds must clear before shipment takes place.
Deposit and Cancellation Terms
A 25% deposit is required to reserve an animal and the balance must be paid within 90 days.
All deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred into credit towards future purchases.
International orders are welcome, and export C.I.T.I.E.S documentation will be provided.
We have a minimum order requirement of $2000 for export shipments.
Application for permits will occur after a 25% deposit is received.
It is the responsibility of the client to know the domestic import requirements and laws of their country.
